    La casciotta d’Urbino è un formaggio d.o.p. tipico dell’entroterra fanese, prodotto dalle Fattorie Marchigiane nella zona di Montemaggiore al Metauro. E’ composto di latte  ovino al 70% e di latte vaccino al 30%.
