    L’Executive Chef Elia Elias è nato a Cipro. A sei anni i genitori divorziano e lui va in convitto. Il cibo è pessimo: la circostanza è  decisiva perché già da piccolo immagina che la sua vita sarà dedicata a soddisfare il palato degli esseri umani. Si specializza in Svizzera, in Germania, in Cina e in Thailandia (uno dei ristoranti che dirige elabora creazioni Thai). Attualmente è Executive Chef all’Hotel St. Raphael Resort&Marina di Cipro (Limassol).
